Hello my philly brothers I'm here to let you guys know about my team Spectre Int. heres the info copied from the DelAirsoft forums.

Spectre International




1. Objectives

a. To create a team of indiviuals who can adapt and perform well in any combat situation.
b. To have a team with members who each have certain skills that can be beneficial to us.

2. Leadership

a. Leadership will basically break down to this, I will be the leader of the team and upon getting new members I will be choosing a co-leader.
b. Since I have no military experience I will not be assigning ranks or anything like that, It will pretty much be leader, co-leader, and members.

3. Conduct

I would ask that if you are interested in joining this team you conduct yourself in a respectable manner. Things that will not be tolerated are as follows:

a. First and foremost absolutely No Racism, Sexism, Bigotry, Hating, and general acts of disrespect.
b. No whining, complaining, or crying.
c. No cheating, not hit calling

4. General Requirements

a. Because I started playing young I will not put an age requirement in effect, but I will put a maturity requirement on. If you are 15, 16, 17 and you have the maturity of an adult then you are fine, but if not proceed to pressing the back button.
b. A Primary weapon that you are very familiar with
c. Eye Protection, which means shooting glasses or full seal goggles. No prescription reading glasses.
d. A pleasent attitude, because no one likes a jerk.

5. Weapon Requirements

a. Since we are a PMC unit any weapon you currently own is fine by my standards, except for WWII guns and things like that.
b. A solid sidearm or back up weapon.

6. Gear Requirements

a. Absolutely NO ACU's
b. Colors that are excepted in Pants are: Multicam, Tan, Brown, OD, Woodland, Grey, or Blue Jeans.
c. Shirts can be a collard button up or polo shirt, a solid colored tee shirt i.e. Black, OD, or a tactical shirt with camo sleeves.
d. Vest must be a Solid Color, OD, Tan, Black, etc.
e. Some sort of Solid Colored Cap.
f. 16-22 channel Radio

7. Optional Gear

-Gloves
-Knee Pads/Elbow Pads


As you can see the requirements to join are pretty heavy but no need to say that because I am willing to work with anyone who is interested. If you have any questions feel free to respond. Thank you for your time.

Good morning!

I was wondering if this team is still looking for members. I'm rather new to the sport but have solid gear and knowledge. I have several friends into the sport but none of them seem all to interested in teams or competition,so I'm on the lookout for a dedicated and friendly team to join. Being this post was last updated in September i figured I'd ask before posting away my info. Let me know and L'll prepare a formal application.
