Philadelphia Area Airsoft

Ok so I'm posting this to get ppls opinion on wat type of op they'd like to play for halloween

1 zombies
2 spec ops
3 cartel vs us army
4 immigration game
5 terrorist hunt
will be combining poll score from both delairsoft and philly

Could you describe an Immigration game? Sounds like a Mexican hunting party lol.

I'm guessing he's refferring to something like one team has to croos over a border to get to a certain place while the other has to stop them. Except the immigrants now have guns, lol.

exactly, some imigrant may have guns or drugs and its the border partols job to stop them. lol

Regardless of the "plot" ...you should certainly consider the field itself. At PB ...the field was way too large for the number of players involved. For most of the game at least 20 players were battling for "the Trench" objective. I think GB is ideal for large scale force on force games ...but just a few objectives for each side. We used way too many at PB.

My choices would be ...
1) Cartel vs US Army ....it's a basic blue team vs green team game. Easier to organize and adapt as you get a better idea of head count. Plus ...both sides basically have the same "game plan" making the rules much easier to understand ..."Shoot enemy players ..get flag"

2) Spec Ops game ....if you plan it right, you could run a game like the original PB idea. One smaller Spec Ops force has to move thru and execute a sequence of objectives against a larger force in fixed positions. The rules are going to be much more complex, but only for the SO team ...the "defensive team" basically does that ..defends it's position. Since GB has the size and natural topographical maze ...the SO team goes from one end to the next taking the objectives as they go ...like running the gauntlet taking ridge by ridge.

Sure ...once you finalize what you want to do. Keep in mind I might not attend due to annual plans for Halloween ...but I might be able to wing it.
