After trying many many things to protect my mouth and teeth, I think I finally got one I can live with. I used the face guard from a full mask and hooked it onto my shooting glasses like a hockey goalie neck protector. It's looser than my other attempts giving me more breathing room to prevent fogging ...stays off the face for the most part ...and certainly isn't going to be as hot as a wrap style or balaclava in the warmer months. I also painted the glasses some ...all that yellow was visible I'm sure ...plus painting the very top of them makes a small sunvisor effect eliminating the need for a hat with a brim when it's way too hot out.

You are aware of the lower face mask that is mesh, right? or the full face mask with the glasses slot (doesnt cover eyes) mesh version? Ill be bringing it to Skirmish if you are going. Both are great, unless you are like me and slightly claustrophobic with shit like that.

DR ...I bought one ....it obstructed cheeking the stock so I couldn't see down the scope ...this one is soft plastic and doesn't do that. Also ...what's Skirmish? ...a field?

It's actually very easy to breath ...it literally swings off my face ...it just appears to be tight. I tried to "bend" the mesh one ...it did very little ...the whole mask would move when I tried to look down the scope so I sold it. This thing works perfectly and barely feels like I have a mask on. It's just like a hockey goalie neck protector but on my face.

DR ...I used it yesterday while waiting for the guys to show .... fired several mags with it on and it works great. I have plenty of room for air ...no fogging issues ...and it stays flush when I cheek the rifle. I didn't even get any condensation or sweat under it ....should be great once it's warm.
