Not a true mosfet. I wouldn't bother.
It's the halfass route to adding burst to a gun.

Why not spend the money on something that will save your trigger and give you the functions you want (plus a lot more)?

I reccomend extreme fire because of their build quality and product support.
The aws drop in units are less customizable and less robust, but for people afraid or incapable of soldering/rewiring a gearbox, are a simpler solution.

Its just a basic mofset for Nimh batteries up to 10.8v, not for lipos. As long as you're using a 9.6 or 10.8 volt battery you might actually save your trigger contacts from excessive firing. But if you're serious about a mofset then get something like the cheetah, you'll be so much better off even though it costs more, its worth it.

er.....what? its advertised as lipo compatible, and mismarketed as a mosfet. none of the videos (like the evike one) mention that it's not a true mosfet and doesn't reduce/eliminate trigger arcing. In fact, it's seemingly intentional that they're misleading customers into thinking that. Look at the page on evike.

I'm just saying cuz I bought one and used it with a lipo and a few months later it burned out and stopped working completely. Maybe i got a bad mofset, but in my opinion, they'll work better and last longer if used with a regular NiMh battery.

What type lipo did you use? 7.4 or 11.1? What did you have it set on?

I was running an 11.1 on it, but it may have been a bad mofset and not the lipo that killed it.
