ABout the time you get it stripped down to the receiver there would be 4 officers surrounding you with guns drawn..... :lol:

Lol yeah right. I can strip a mil standard m4 down under a minute and if these geniuses are leaving them there on hoods I doubt they are around.

Whitcomb says the department isn't releasing the names of the patrol officers. It's unclear at this point if the semi-automatic rifle was loaded or not. I'm moving to Seattle. If any of us left anything unsecured to our car and it fell off we coulda been in a world of hurt. Especially if it were anything remotely close to a firearm. Could you imagine the shitstorm if that happened on our way out of the Warzone, Nesh or Ghettoblaster?

If I leave my SKS in the trunk of my car locked up I can get arrested, but these guys leave a rifle on the trunk in plain sight and not get fined? Why do cops get all these special privileges when they make all the dumb mistakes we do?

Just a quick note in most forums if you attempt to circumvent the censors, which you appear to be doing, that will get you banned. Sometimes permanently.
